Your tasks:

  • You work in an agile, cross-functional team consisting of PMO, project management and controlling.

  • You are a project pilot and communicator, always maintaining an overview and supporting our teams in the successful implementation of complex, cross-team software projects (>100 person days) in the e-commerce environment.

  • You manage and monitor content, costs and resources in coordination with the responsible product owners from project start to project completion.

  • You ensure transparent communication of project progress to internal and external stakeholders and know how to escalate at the right point.

  • You continuously develop project management methods.
    You are prepared to be on site for selected appointments (e.g. kick-offs, workshops, customer appointments...).

What you bring along:

  • You have several years of professional experience in classic/agile project management.

  • You have already worked in cross-team projects in an agile environment.

  • You have e-commerce experience and, ideally, a good understanding of technology.

  • You create connections through targeted communication between the parties involved and contribute to the You are enthusiastic about designing processes and projects.

  • Ideally, you can prove your methodological knowledge through certifications, further training, etc. in the field of (agile) project management and have already gained experience with JIRA, Confluence and / or miro.

  • You can communicate in German (at least B2 level) and english.
